This Refund Policy sets out the terms for refunds, cancellations, and payments relating to services provided by Business Multiplier Pte Ltd (“Business Multiplier”). It applies to all coaching programs, consulting services, workshops, courses, and subscriptions (“Services”) offered through our website or authorised channels. Our Services are intended for business and professional users only and are not consumer products.

1. Scope & Applicability

This policy applies strictly to business clients purchasing Services for commercial or professional use. It does not apply to consumer transactions, and no rights under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) are incorporated or implied.

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Eligibility for cancellation and refunds will depend on the type of Service purchased and the timing of your request. Specific terms (such as program-specific rules or subscription conditions) will be detailed at the point of sale.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, send a written request to [email protected] with subject line:

“Refund / Cancellation Request – [Your Name / Program Name]”.

  • Program / Service:

  • Reason for Cancellation / Refund:

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and provide a decision within 7 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Fees & Exceptions

  • Payment processing, credit card, or bank charges;

  • Costs of physical materials (e.g. workbooks) and shipping;

  • Packages or services clearly marked “Non-Refundable” or “Final Sale” at purchase;

  • Cases where enrolment is cancelled due to your breach of our Terms of Service (e.g. misconduct).

5. Partial Refunds (Pro-Rata Basis)

Where refunds are approved after services have commenced, they will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, reflecting the portion of the program already delivered versus the portion remaining.

6. Rescheduling & Credits

  • If you cannot attend a scheduled session, notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

  • In some cases, we may offer a credit note valid for 3 months, instead of a refund.

  • Credits are non-transferable and non-extendable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may amend this Refund Policy at any time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to your transaction.
